We are currently looking for an Polish Customer Service Assistant to join the Polish Customer Service team of a multinational company from the industrial sector.

Location Gaia, Avintes
Schedule Monday to Friday, 8h to 17h
Hybrid regime 2 days at the office and 3 days homeoffice

Your mission
This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, youll be responsible for

- Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests;
- Develop long-term relationships with customers;
- Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments.

What you need to embark on this mission
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- Polish language skills (at least a B2 level, mandatory);
- Experience in customer management and customer support;
- Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit;
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills.
